The European and International delivery options become available once you select a non-Belgium country as part of the delivery address. Please note that orders may be subject to security checks, which can cause delays in the processing of orders. We may need to contact you to carry out these security checks – if we are unable to reach you using the contact details provided it will delay the dispatch of your order.
Standard Belgium Delivery: FREE on order over EUR 500.
Belgium orders using the standard delivery option will arrive within 5-7 working days.
Delivery to European countries will take 7-10 working days.
Please allow 7-15 working days for international delivery.
I ordered! When will I receive my art?!
Our time can take between 7-15 business days to ship your product. Once shipped, transit times can take between 5-7 days depending on your location. You will receive a confirmation email after we ship your product with a tracking number in it.
Can I track my order?
Once your order leaves our location, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number in it.
Is my package insured?
Of course. Come on, we can’t tease you with art and not deliver it. In the case of your package being damaged or lost, you will compensation.
Returns & Exchanges
We have an easy 7-day free returns and exchanges policy!

How do I cancel my order?
Fine, we’ll tell you. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet (you will receive a shipping confirmation email once it leaves the location), please send us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org ) or call us and we will cancel it for you.
I want to cancel the order but it’s already been shipped. What do I do?
Contact us right away at email@example.com and our team of customer service members will see if we can wrangle it back for you.
I returned the product, when will I get a refund?
After we receive the product back and inspect it, we will issue the refund. It usually takes about 3-5 business days for you to see it on your credit card statement. If you feel it’s taking too long, please contact us and we will work it out!
I would like to exchange my order!
As part of our 7 day easy returns and exchanges policy, just email, call or live chat us your order number and the product you would like to exchange your item for, and we will ship it to you 3-5 business days after the returned product has been received. In case the exchanged product is of a different value, we will refund/credit or charge your account the difference within 3-5 business days
All orders require a signature upon receipt.
Please ensure the delivery address is an address where you will be at the time of delivery (home or work). If you are not present at the time of delivery, our courier company will leave a calling card and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time.
If delivery is impossible on two or more occasions, then we may cancel your order and deduct from your refund the additional delivery charges and a charge for our administration and costs which will be no more than 20% of the price of the goods.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation.
